 I face The same issue with this script and the main problem in " Cron Jobs " should be working or activate it in your hosting and for your information almost of the free hosting  providers disable the "cron jobs "

Did this solved the issue of campaign not loading?

thank you .anyone solved Swift_TransportException error when sending campaign? smtp test is working but send test campaign is not error Swift_TransportException
